Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Picadabra, the web product, the pica command-line interface, the Snap Prompt extension, and related services operated by A1D Labs ("Picadabra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or running pica, you agree to these terms.
This page is an initial draft. We are actively refining it. The full version, including binding legal language and jurisdiction details, will be published before paid plans go general-availability. Until then, the practical commitments below describe how we operate.
Account
You need a Picadabra account to use the product. You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure and for activity associated with your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or expose us to legal risk.
Acceptable Use
You may use Picadabra to generate, transform, and deliver media for any lawful purpose. You may not use Picadabra to:
- generate content that is illegal where it is created or consumed,
- impersonate a real person without their consent,
- produce sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence,
- circumvent rate limits, abuse credit systems, or scrape the service in bulk, or
- redistribute the product in a way that competes directly with Picadabra.
Outputs created with Picadabra remain yours. We do not claim ownership of generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs comply with the underlying model providers' policies and with applicable law.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not commit to uptime SLAs on free or evaluation plans. Paid plans, when offered, will state any availability commitments explicitly. We may change, deprecate, or remove features with reasonable notice.
Pricing and Credits
Generation runs consume credits priced per provider, model, and output size. Credit balances and pricing are visible in your dashboard. Refunds for failed generations are handled automatically through our reservation ledger. Promotional credits expire as stated when granted.
Intellectual Property
Picadabra retains all rights to the product, including the pica CLI, the web surfaces, the skill catalog, and underlying infrastructure. Skills published to the marketplace are subject to their authors' licenses.

How we collect, use, and store personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for serious or repeated violations of these terms. After termination, you keep any locally generated media, but project history stored on our servers may be removed.
Disclaimers
Picadabra is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be fit for any particular use, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that generated content is free of third-party rights claims. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
We will update this page as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced through the product. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
