Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Picadabra handles information for the Picadabra web application and the Snap Prompt Chrome extension.
General
Picadabra collects account, authentication, billing, project, prompt, task, and asset information needed to provide the service. We use this information to operate the product, process user requests, maintain account security, provide support, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use user content for third-party advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as authentication, database, hosting, storage, payment, and model providers.
Picadabra may store local browser data, such as authentication state and interface preferences, to keep the product working across sessions.
Snap Prompt Extension
Snap Prompt lets signed-in users collect selected prompt-like posts from X.com/Twitter into the Picadabra Snap Prompt library. The extension only saves content when you click the Snap Prompt collection button.
Data Collection
Snap Prompt collects the following data when you use the extension:
- Tweet content: Text of tweets you choose to collect, including visible thread context when available
- Media URLs: Image and video thumbnail URLs from collected tweets
- Author information: Twitter handle, display name, and avatar URL of tweet authors
- Source URLs: Links to the original tweets on X.com
- Account information: Hub authentication tokens and basic profile information used to associate saved prompts with your account
Data Storage
- All collected data is stored securely in our Convex database
- Data is associated with your authenticated user account
- Local browser storage is used for authentication tokens, recent prompt cache, and offline access
Data Usage
- Collected prompts may appear in the public Snap Prompt library at picadabra.ai/snap-prompt after moderation
- Data is never shared with third parties
- Data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes
- Authentication data is used only to sign you in and connect saves to your Picadabra account
Permissions
The extension requires these browser permissions:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
storage | Cache authentication tokens and prompt data locally |
identity | OAuth authentication with Hub (hub.a1d.ai) |
host_permissions (x.com, twitter.com) | Inject collect buttons and extract tweet content |
Snap Prompt does not request access to all websites. Its host permissions are limited to X.com and Twitter.com because collection only works on those pages.
Data Deletion
- You can delete individual saves from the extension popup
- Account deletion removes all associated data
- Contact support for complete data export or deletion requests
Third-Party Services
- Hub (hub.a1d.ai): Authentication provider
- Convex: Database and backend services
- X/Twitter: Source website for user-selected posts
